To withdraw money from your account, please complete and fax the withdrawal form for placing instruction. Our Company will arrange the fund to be deposited into your designated bank account after verification of your signature on the withdrawal form. In general, withdrawal forms received before 12:00pm will be processed and effected in the same day.

To transfer funds to the registered settlement account, you may place your withdrawal instruction with AE verbally. No written instruction is needed.

If withdraw fund by Telegraphic Transfer Service, our Company will charge service fees. For fees applied on Telegraphic Transfer service, please check the “Fees & Charges” session for details.

To withdraw funds from your futures trading account, you are required to fill in the "Fund Withdrawal Instruction Form" and fax it to us. Once your signature is verified, we would deposit funds to the bank account instructed by you. In general, if your instruction reaches us on or before 12:00pm, it will be processed on the same day.

If your have registered a designated bank account with us, you can simply contact your Account Executive to arrange the withdrawal for you. No "Fund Withdrawal Instruction Form" is required to be signed.

If you would like to withdraw fund by Telegraphic Transfer, we will deduct the T/T charges from your futures trading account. For details of T/T charges, please refer to the section of “Fees & Charges” session for details.
