*Shenwan Hongyuan 2020 iBond Subscription Promotion Offer Terms and Conditions:

  1. Shenwan Hongyuan 2020 iBond Subscription Promotion Offer (the “Offer”) is provided by Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Limited (“Shenwan Hongyuan Securities”).
  2. The Offer is valid from 9 am on 23 October 2020 (Friday) to 2 pm on 5 November 2020 (Thursday), both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. Both new or existing clients who hold a valid Hong Kong identity card and successfully subscribed 3 lot sizes or less of the inflation-linked retail bond (iBond) 2020 of the HKSAR Government through Shenwan Hongyuan Securities within the Promotion Period will enjoy the Offer of waiving the “Subscription Handling Fee”, “Redemption Fee”, “Early Redemption Fee”, “Margin Interest” and “Margin Deposit”.
  4. Shenwan Hongyuan Securities only accepts each client to subscribe a maximum of 3 lot sizes of the inflation-linked retail bond (iBond) 2020.
  5. The Offer is also applicable to staff and agents of Shenwan Hongyuan Securities.
  6. Shenwan Hongyuan Securities reserves the rights to suspend, amend or terminate the offer and any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
