Position:

Corporate Access Officer

Responsibilities:

•To assist the team to arrange day-to-day operations in the arrangement of client request on research services, including the coordination in telephone conference, road shows, company visits etc.;
•To assist the team to liaise between various parties within/ outside the company to perform corporate access functions;
•To support the team daily operation of middle office team;
•To assist the ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

•Bachelor in Finance / Economics / Commerce or related disciplines;
•Experience in brokerage business, Corporate Access or IR preferable;
•Strong in PC operations and data management;

Position:

Operations Officer - Documentation Control

Responsibilities:

•Handle customer enquiries and complaints;
•Support the documentation control team to provide customer accounts services and different types of master set up including account opening and updating, stock / FX / commission mater update;
•Support the documentation control team to deliver excellence service to meet business requirement and improve operational efficiency and quality of work;
•Support the implementation of new projects and undertake other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

•Diploma or above in Finance, Business or related discipline;
•At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in securities firm;
•Good knowledge of securities clearing and settlement, customer account opening and maintenance, AML & SFO, especially Client Money Rules and Client Securities Rule;
•High level of risk awareness;
•Pro-active in identifying and resolving problems;
•Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua is expected;
•Good PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.

Operations Officer - Operations & Settlement
Position:

Operations Officer - Operations & Settlement

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for daily trade settlement including trade confirmation preparation, SI/ ATI/ STI handling, daily valuation checking, management fee calculation and various risk management reports;
•Liaise with sale teams and brokers/ custodians/ trustee/ fund administrator to resolve settlement issues;
•Prepare management reports and participate in UAT;
•Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

•Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or related discipline;
•At least 3 years’ experience in securities settlement/ fund operation;
•Familiar with CCASS / CTM operation;
•Experience in handling NAV reconciliation is an advantage;
•Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
•Good PC skills including Word and Excel.

Assistant Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for the planning and implementation of the compliance programs;
•Design and conduct compliance training;
•Independently or Lead a small team on daily compliance duties;
•Handle ad hoc assignments related to compliance issues.

Requirements:

•Degree holder in Economics, Finance or related disciplines;
•3-5 years experience in the compliance of financial institution;
•Solid brokerage, KYC/AML compliance experience is expected; preferable with investment banking / asset management compliance experience;
•Solid experience in handling enquiries from local regulators, such as SFC;
•Detail-oriented and highly motivated mindset;
•Strong written and verbal communication skills;
•Proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
