Assistant Settlement Officer (Night Shift)
Position:

Assistant Settlement Officer (Night Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Process the daily operations and settlement of Futures and Options of different markets, including trade matching and position reconciliation;
• Handle daily settlement with CCASS, DCASS terminal;
• Monitor margin status and conduct margin calls of client accounts;
• Perform funding arrangement with counter parties & clients;
• Handle enquiries from internal and external clients;
• Participate in update and develop the operational procedures and documentation;
• Assist in handling system enhancement projects and performing UAT;
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 2 years’ relevant experience in operations, global futures settlement and risk monitoring;
• Shift duty (Afternoon and Overnight) required;
• Elementary knowledge in banking products;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Settlement Officer.

Assistant Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

• To support delivery of projects including performance management system, annual exercises and ad hoc projects.
• To implement human resources programmes, policies and functions relating to rewards management, performance management and payroll management;
• To manage various human resources exercises on performance bonus, annual salary review, promotion, etc.
• To assist the market surveys on human resources related areas;

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferable in employee performance management;
• Experience in securities brokerage house or financial institution will be an advantage;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Well-versed with Employment Ordinance;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills;
• Independent, good presentational and interpersonal skills;
• Hands-on PC application, such as Chinese Word Processing, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Operations Officer - Operations & Settlement
Position:

Operations Officer - Operations & Settlement

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for daily trade settlement including trade confirmation preparation, SI/ ATI/ STI handling, daily valuation checking, management fee calculation and various risk management reports;
•Liaise with sale teams and brokers/ custodians/ trustee/ fund administrator to resolve settlement issues;
•Prepare management reports and participate in UAT;
•Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

•Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or related discipline;
•At least 3 years’ experience in securities settlement/ fund operation;
•Familiar with CCASS / CTM operation;
•Experience in handling NAV reconciliation is an advantage;
•Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
•Good PC skills including Word and Excel;
•Immediate available is highly preferred.

•Independent and willing to work under pressure;
•Good telephone manner with experience in securities dealing is an advantage;
•Currently registered with the SFC as licensed representative in regulated activity 1;

•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
